Shirlon and Taniesha’s wedding at the beautiful Vines Mansion in Loganville, just east of Atlanta, Georgia, was a fairytale. The couple chose mid-spring for their celebration, which blessed them with perfect weather and a stunning backdrop. The meticulous bride ensured flawless detail, making their special day picture-perfect. The Bride’s Grand Entrance
On her wedding day, the bride radiated elegance in an ivory gold, silver blush strapless embroidered mermaid gown adorned with ruffles at the hem. She made a dramatic entrance, crossing the upper-level terrace bridge as guests eagerly watched. Descending the last flight of stairs, she was greeted by her father. An attendant nearby gracefully knelt to swap her golden ballerina slippers for a pair of exquisite Natural Carean Jewel Detailed peep-toe pumps by Antonio Melani perched on a white faux fur. Our bride entered the aisle with one hand on her father’s arm and the other clutching a stunning bouquet of Peonies, Mother of Pearl, and Sahara Roses. One of our photographers captured many images of this dramatic part of the ceremony.
A Touching Emotion Filled Ceremony
The groom couldn’t contain his emotions as a bride to be approached on a satin carpet; the photographer was in the perfect spot as the tears began to flow. The aisle was flanked by wooden signs featuring verses from I Corinthians 13, setting a heartfelt tone for the ceremony. The late evening sun cast a golden glow over the Arbor Patio overlooking the lake, creating a picturesque setting as the couple exchanged vows. Our photographers captured a profoundly moving father-daughter vow and assembled the unity cross after the pastor’s pronouncement and a passionate kiss. The photograph of the bride jubilantly thrusting her hand in the air as they exited to the cheers of their guests encapsulates that moment at the end of the ceremony.
We photographed the formal portrait session in the beautiful East Garden against towering Corinthian columns and sculptures. The contrast of these white structures against the rich vegetation was striking—a wedding photographer’s dream.
Wedding Celebrations at Atlanta’s Vines Mansion
The celebration continued with a sumptuous dinner, where the couple cut their exquisite four-tiered wedding cake. Heartfelt toasts from the best man, maid of honor, and parents filled the room with joy and laughter. The festivities then moved to the deck, where guests danced the night away under the stars, celebrating the newlyweds’ union.
The sendoff was equally touching. The guests lined the walkway in front of Vines Mansion with sparklers lit. The newlyweds danced through, culminating with a kiss at the end of the line. Our photographers captured the couple looking exhausted and happy at night’s end in their limousine.
