Jozette and Joseph Engagement photo session at Piedmont Park

When one of her clients suggested that she should meet his son, Jozette resisted the invitation. She valued him as a customer and did not want to get involved in his personal life. Joseph’s father was persistent, certain as he was that Jozette and his son would make a good match. He brought Joseph to her store and by the end of the shopping trip, Joseph asked for Jozette’s phone number and she said yes.

The two dated, working to find pockets in their busy schedules to spend quality time together. When they ran away to Lake Lanier for a short weekend trip, Joseph decided it was time to make their time together permanent. He took Jozette horseback riding, surprised her with a picnic, professed his love and proposed. Once again, she said yes!

Jozette and Joseph were not sure what to expect at their engagement portrait session, but, as it turned out, they thoroughly enjoyed it. “We had fun,” said Jozette.

In a few weeks Jozette will have another opportunity to say yes, I am certain she won’t disappoint the throngs of family and friends gathered just to hear her answer. We are looking forward to capturing their love story. Below are some of our favorites images from their Piedmont Park engagement photo session.
