When do you schedule portrait sessions?
We typically schedule portrait sessions Monday through Friday; weekend bookings are limited.
How long will the Photography Session last?
Our portrait sessions last between 45-90 minutes, depending on group size and many other factors that may become evident during a consultation.
When will I see my photos?
We understand how eager you are to see your images, so we post your photographs to our online gallery within 5-7 days of your shoot. We edit the proofs (i.e., we perform color-correcting, lightening or darkening, cropping (very liberal) and add or subtract contrast) but no retouching.
The image gallery will be live for 15 days, and there is a 10% complimentary discount on all print purchases made during that period.
Are the images retouched?
We don't do wholesale retouching of all image files. However, we retouch (photoshop) all the prints purchased, images for your albums, and the finished high-resolution files. We do not do extreme 'photoshopping' that looks unrealistic or dramatically changes reality.
Will my friends be able to view pictures online?
We will send you the gallery's credentials, and you are welcome to share it with others.
What about wall portraits and albums?
We have an assortment of albums to highlight your portraits.
We carry flush mount or coffee table albums. You may choose to include sepia-toned and black-and-white images in the final album. Let us know, and we will happily accommodate your requests.
Once you make your choices, we will post the design online through our secure web portal. The finished product will be available 6-8 weeks after the start of its production.
Are we able to get the high-resolution files?
You may purchase individual finished images or a package that includes the high-resolution files. The latter includes a release to make copies in any size or format for personal reproduction purposes. Note, however, these images are optimized for printing at our professional lab, so for best results, we recommend purchasing prints and other products through us.
What other photographic products do you offer?
We offer many photography products, cards, magnets, invites, and announcements cards, in various designs.
What's the next step in booking our portrait session?
We advise clients to have a phone consult early to avoid disappointment. We photograph a limited number of sessions per year, and the Holidays and other select dates can get hectic for Family Portraits Sessions, so they tend to get booked very early.
What will our portrait session cost?

How do I confirm your services?
We recommend you schedule a consultation to discuss your portrait needs and once we have an agreement, pay for your session to confirm your date. That date remains open to others until the payment receipt. We accept cash, check, or credit cards (Through PayPal online.).
Payment is for a specific date and time and is non-refundable.
