This young duo is amongst our absolute favorites to photograph, not because they flew my team to a jungle resort on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, the Occidental at Xcaret Destination; however, it did not hurt. Our subjects were relaxed and camera ready every time, looking like professional models. This wedding's host was Playa del Carmen's Occidental Xcaret; outside Tulum in the Riviera Maya, the area is sometimes bundled in with Cancun in the northeast. The resort is in the heart of the lush Mexican rainforest and is teaming with wildlife diversity—a first-class choice when pondering a Destination Wedding in warmer climates.
